David was staring at Chandler Enterprises windows as he came to see his mortal enemy Adam Chandler the two, Have had many fights over the years with David drugging Adam and destroying the Chandler family with destroying, Marriages to breaking up friends David was not on the Christmas card list for Adam or JR or anyone from the Chandlers, David walked into CE and went up to the main office where Adam was sitting at his desk and David walked up to him,
" Adam Adam Adam long time no see . " David said to Adam with a big grin on his face as David was surprised he got up to the top level and David just stood there with a thingyy face smiling at his arch enemy.

As Adam was shocked to see Hayward standing in front of him. Adam then got out from behind his desk and sat at the corner of the desk and looked at Hayward and said "So what do you want from Hayward do u want to drug me some more or take anything else from me."
As Adam was woundering what Hayward was up to but better yet what does Hayward want from Adam. so Adam then told David please sit down.

Adam looked mad and for good reasons David had done some bad things, To the Chandler’s in the past and Adam had everyright to hate David, And David hated Adam the same way and wanted to hurt Adam, In anyway possible and he had hatched the perfect plan, And he began to tell Adam off.
” Give me 15 million dollars by 6:00 pm or I will blow Chandler Enterprises with the bomb under the building and when you give me the money tell no one this happened got it? .”

Adam heard what David just told and Adam was worried and told David "what do you need 15 million dollars for? And why do you need it by 6 p.m. tonight?" As Adam said with as Adam face turned red.
Adam loves to give people money if they gave him a good reason but Adam could tell that he would not like what David had to say. I mean Adam just gave Zac money for the casino. So Adam looked at Hayward and said"So what do you need the money for?" This time Adam was mad cause no one every asked for 15 million dollars not even Adams kids.

Adam stood there feeling confident and David just frowned at his enemy who he hated so much and David starting his own business, Is what he needed the money for and David wanted to make sure his enemy went flat broke while Hayward Enterprises rules Pine Valley, And David took a drink from his Diet Dr.Pepper and commenced to laughing at his enemy and Adam wanted to punch David out but didn’t, David then told Adam the reason for needing 15 million dollars.
" Adam i need it to start up my own business Hayward Enterprises which will serve to help people and be good to mankind and if you don’t give me the money Chandler Enterprises will go BOOM ." David said to his heated rival as he laughed at Adam who looked depressed.

As Adam Stood there to hear what David had said Adam then walked behind his desk and sat down as David was still talking about his business when David was done thats when Adam goty up and walked back towards Hayward and handed David a check. as Hayward had a smile on his face so Adam told Hayward.
"Well i would be crazy to give a man like you 25 million dollars. That check in your hand is for 3.5 million I am sure you can find another way to the the rest like black mail a bank." As Adam said laughting at Haward. Adam knew it took a strong and powerfull man to stand up to David but Adam loved a challenged.

Adam was being stupid in only giving me David Hayward 3.5 million bucks but it would have to do I thought that Adam was being a fool in not giving me all my money, But I wasn’t going to give up 3.5 million dollars it was alot of money and I could easily start the company, With that kind of money so I was making my way out the door then suddenly a huge explosion Was heard, And I said to Adam.
" Someone must have blown up my bomb to early " I said as I was scared for my life on the top floor on Chandler Enterprises and Adam just wanted to laugh I knew but I’m sure but I was curtain that he was scared to.

As Adam saw that David got scared when the explosion happened thats when Adam turned to Davisd and told him "Don't be scared i mean that was a small explosin that i planted cause i am an extra wing to my comany so you have nothing to worry about."
